Just want to say Alpine Heating my #1 all time favorite people to work with. Our HVAC was contaminated by an unknown sewage leak, in our very tight crawlspace under our house. I could not get anyone to return a call when looking for someone to come replace the ducting after the restoration company had dismantled them to do the clean out of the leak.
Then here comes Holly, she listen to what my problem was and assured me that it would be alright, she would send some one over to assess the damage and give me a bid.
In walks Andy (aka sales rep). My savior, Andy gave us several options and even took the time to really look at the whole house(even crawling under it getting into the bones of it) and see what needed done and even make some efficient changes. Later my husband had more questions, Andy made time on a Saturday just to come sit on our porch with ice tea answering all his questions honestly.That made quite and impression on us! So we bought the whole system that Andy recommended.
Frank and Dalton both amazing young men came and installed our new heating and cooling system. Four of the hottest days of the summer they spent in our 103 yr old house. One in the Attic the other in the VERY tight crawlspace. The were on time and respectful of my husbands work from home. They were great.
Electricians the whole group was also wonderful.
Rachael in the business office also great lady to work with. To top it off I received a handwritten note to thank us for doing business with them by the owner Andrew Hatch, pretty good customer service.
I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing HVAC or Electrical issues, they are the real deal. A#1!
