My technician was Hunter Ash. He sent me a picture and a message when he left Alpine‘s home office and arrived approximately 40 minutes later. It was well spoken, polite, and thorough. Although I don’t understand the particulars of checking circuits and furnace parts, he seemed to know what he was doing and try to explain it to me as best he could. I was happy to hear that my heat pump and furnace are in good shape and should give me no problems in the year ahead.

Turns out the leak couldn't be guaranteed to be the only problem on my 11yr old system. It would cost more to fix the problem than it was worth so Frank and Parker installed a new system. I've had the system for less than a day but it is keeping us warm. A big thank you to Frank and Parker for a long day getting us back up and running. They were professional, friendly and knowledgable. Answered all my questions and enlightened me on a couple of tips. Thanks guys!
