The entire process From my very first phone call inquiring about service options through the in home appointment assessment and discussion/explination of different systems and installation options with financing options to the final installation appointment was a fast, simple and easy straightforward process. Everyone I dealt with was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful; going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. They even checked with my electric company to see if any rebates were available and they even filled out the forms and took care of all the details of getting the rebate for me.
