Showed up when they were supposed to and Brandon Franks did a very thorough job cleaning our system. He went above and beyond and I appreciated his attention to detail. Would recommend him and Alpine heating.

I had a new Mitsubishi unit installed June 2020. I was replacing sheet rock around this time and Alpine worked with me to install the lines inside the wall before putting up the new sheet rock. This helped me to avoid having lines run down the outside of me home. The installers were very professional, showed up when promised and had great personalities. I had one issue later on and they sent out technician Brandon Franks to diagnose/repair. Brandon was very knowledgeable and has a fantastic personality. Truly a joy to work with. I have recommended this company to two of my friends who have subsequently purchased their services and will continue to recommend them.

We chose Alpine after multiple Designs and bids on our McKenzie Feed and Pet Supply store heating and A/C . The value is incredible , the service and willingness to work around our business hours was the best. If we had not made the choice to install the new system when we did ,we would not have been able to serve our customers during the Holiday Farm Fire smoke. The crew kept right on working to get us up a running 100%.

I have been going thru HVAC companies in the Eugene area since we moved here 2 years ago and I do believe I have found my company! The last HVAC company that came in ignorantly broke something on my electronic filtration system. Being a hands on guy I have paid attention and while searching for the right place to use, I stumbled upon Alpine who gave me their answer to my issue, I asked why they thought that, and their answer made complete sense with all the info I had, and then in the end it was easy to discover they were correct! It wasn't something super simple or really hard, but it took brains and talent to figure it out so I give it up to them! Our repairman was professional, clean, on time, and did an outstanding job figuring it out! I would recommend them for sure!

Brandon from Alpine Heating, came yesterday to clean our heat pump. He was Professional, easy to talk with and ask questions of. Our Hvac was NOT purchased from them. Their prices seem a bit higher than others; but worth it. He was here for over an hour. I trust this business. So much so, we are buying and installing one of theirs, this week (for my motber and sister). I will write again after installation.

Alpine was a really great company to work with. They were quick to come out and give us a quote for the work. Their quote was very reasonable and less than a lot of other companies around town. When they came out to do the work, they were thorough and professional. They also walked us thru how to use everything and what to do if there was a problem. Highly recommend!

Alpine Heating pad Air is one of the most professional companies that has come and done work for us not only are there people on time but they are respectful to your pets that our outside but most importantly is they do quility work it works you don't have to call them back to fix anything and when they are done inside they clean up after themselves. Drew and his crew are Worth the job.

I can't say enough great things about Alpine heating. I went through several companies who did not have the time or energy to investigate our furnace and duct issues. Throwing in the towel, I was ready to buy a brand new system with Alpine. but instead of upselling me, they simply took the time to discover what the problems were and got my current system up and running great!

The service was prompt, the tech was friendly and was able to get our A/C repaired the same day, even though he had to go get a part for the unit. The prices were very fair and I found them really easy to work with. Definitely will use again.

Drew the owner and the installers were amazing. I got a new HVAC unit installed after my compressor went bad. The expense was to much more than getting the compressor fixed. This is my third time working with Alpine. I bid out my unit with some other local companies and I couldnt be much happier with choosing Alpine. The quality product and diligence of the installation was great. The new salesman was a little much but overall the unit is much quieter and more efficient and the installation was top notch.

I have been impressed with Alpine's service. They did a great job installing my ductless heat pump and even located it where I wanted it so that it can heat the whole house. They've done an excellent job in yearly maintenance. Today Brandon, the Alpine technician, who was professional and polite, went above and beyond and gave my unit a deep clean at no extra cost. I recently had Alpine redo my central air system and I could not be happier. I had two other local HVAC companies come out just to cover my bases. In the end Alpine had the best reviews and I enjoyed their estimation process the most and the price was right on par with the competitors but for a truly complete job. As a young professional who owns a fixer home I've dealt with a few contractors, and it's hard to get their best work for their best price, but I felt genuine service from this team the whole time, unparalleled in my experience so far. Quick shoutout to the team I interfaced with, Racheal answered my calls and got me scheduled I was impressed by the upfront start and end dates along with the finalizing appointments, every scheduling was accurate and upheld. The Alpine H & A/C technician arrived on-time, wore a face mask & kept social distancing space the whole time. He diagnosed our issue, fixed it & cleaned up when he was done! I would absolutely recommend them!

Alpine Heating has been great to work with. Very customer focused and eager to answer and explain questions both about the product and the process. To date, they have been on schedule and do what they say there going to do. I look forward to seeing the rest of the project come together. With that said I highly recommend Alpine Heating to everyone.

Alpine Heating & Air Conditioning has always done well by us. We used them in Eugene prior to moving out of town a little ways. When I called them to service our new home, the price was the best and they were quick to schedule. I would recommend them for all A/C needs.

Alpine did a great job from start to finish. My heater in a rental house went out. They scheduled a last-minute appointment with my tenant, found out that the heater wasn't repairable, brought space heaters to keep the house warm, ordered the parts overnight and replace the heater the next day.
They will be my first and only call every time! Thanks Alpine heating you guys did a great job, at a great price and last minute!

Drew was very professional in his assessment and troubleshooting the issue with my heat pump. I ended up having a different company actually do the work but this had no reflection on Drew. Just found a much better price.

Alpine has serviced our heating and air at our home a few times in the last few years. Service man James is awesome. He walked me through how and whys of the heating system, ordered a new part and got everything working while the part was shipped and he installed while we were at work.. recommended options for repairing or replacing worn out air conditioning service with fair estimates and no pressure advice. All in all very pleased with alpine!

I called Alpine Heating and Air to get a second opinion on a potentially costly repair for my heat pump. I was immediately impressed by James, the technician, representing Alpine. He was very thorough in his diagnosis of the "problem" and communicated this information to me so that I could understand what was wrong. James fixed the problem quickly, and without any further repairs needed. Alpine has become my new residential HVAC company for any of my future needs, and I hope James is the technician that they send.

Today, 01/17/20, I called Alpine to check out my heat pump although I had them complete the yearly maintenance service on my heating system last September. Their technician, Brandon Franks, listened to my concerns about a "funny noise", checked the heat pump, and assured me that all was operating well. I also asked him to check my thermostat's settings. What I was most appreciative of was Brandon's ability to explain simply how my electronic thermostat works, and how to make my heating system work efficiently. Again, I am glad to be able to call Alpine and receive great service.

First time using Alpine to double fix our furnace. The service individual was punctual, professional, and even liked my super-hyper dogs. After leaving we found out that our heating was still not working, so we called Alpine back and had the same service tech come by shortly after. Turns out we needed a new thermostat so he was able to quickly replace that. He took the time to show us how to use the thermostat, and even checked our air filter to let me know what size we use (our heating hasn't been working in quite a few years). Even though this was a short appointment, I was extremely impressed. Will absolutely work with them in the future. Thank you!
