I had a great experience with Alpine Heating & Air from start to finish. Scheduling was incredibly easy, I was able to get an appointment quickly, and the communication from the team beforehand was excellent.
Gabe and another technician came out right on time to look at a ceiling fan I was hoping could be repaired. Unfortunately, this particular fan wasn’t repairable, but I really appreciated that they immediately started helping me think through other options rather than simply stopping there. They offered to install a replacement if I had one available and even suggested moving the matching fan from our bedroom into the dining area so the two fans in our living/dining space could match. They also took the time to answer my questions about what to look for when purchasing a new fan for the bedroom.
Professional, knowledgeable, thoughtful, and easy to work with. I especially appreciated the care they took in helping me find the best solution for our home. I’ll absolutely be having Alpine back out to complete the installation and would highly recommend them!

The Customer Service at Alpine is exceptional! We were having trouble with our A/C and they had a technician out the same day I called! Justin was friendly and able to explain everything that was going on! He was able to diagnose and fix the problem!
