My meeting today was more than I could have hoped for. Not only was I presented with options and a genuine discussion about my situation, but it was highly educational as well. Lucas spent time with me and displayed a real desire to assist me in any way he could without hurrying me out the door or making me feel like I was just another face in the crowd.
