We recently had a new system and ducting installed by Alpine, and we are blown away by how amazing their customer service and workmanship were! Owen, Bryce, and Chase were absolutely fantastic. They were professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and did an incredible job from start to finish. We couldn’t be happier with the results or the experience. Friendly tech did a good job. Prompt and kind.

I’m very happy with Alpine. The installation process was smooth and efficient. The only major glitch I’m aware of was a temperature control problem in the head installed in my bedroom. During the first winter that unit consistently overheated the room by 5 to 10°. Several techs tried to fix the problem by replacing the temperature sensor in the unit, but the problem remained. Finally, a truly determined tech found that the hole in the wall for the line set was not adequately insulated, so there was always a cold breeze on the temperature sensor. That unit still has a bit of that problem, but it’s 95% better than before. I’m truly grateful for that tech’s ingenuity in identifying the real problem. Update There’s still a 2-5 degree difference between the set point on the remote and the resulting room temperature an hour or two later, but the tech who was here yesterday explained that that is pretty normal with heat pump systems. So in that case I’ve raised my rating to 5 stars!
