Just a routine maintenance check on the Amana Heat pump that Alpine installed 15yr ago. The tech Drew, was very thorough in his checks taking pictures of the reading on his gauges for each step of the process. Drew also answered my questions on the settings for the thermostat that I had forgotten. He was very knowledgeable and I appreciated the use of shoe covering as it was raining. Alpine Techs have always used shoe coverings and have very good customer service.

After a requested service call from a competitor, where The technician tried to sell me a new unit, or perform a highly over priced diagnostic test that wasn’t needed, a friend recommended Alpine. From start to finish I was highly impressed with the skill and professionalism of the technician. He replaced a $35 part and topped off the refrigerant and my heat pump has preformed good as new! I appreciate his honesty and the fact that he did not price gouge me or try to sell me something that I didn’t need. I won’t be calling anyone other than Alpine hence forward. A company with integrity is a valuable gift. 5 stars from me! Thank you !
