Neil is awesome. He’s very dedicated to the company and his customers. He made sure that the baffles were sealing properly and not just the one with the faulty controller. Your other technicians are good but Neil is special.

Our old A/C and gas furnace were old, fragile, and tired, with lots of band-aid repairs on A/C leaks. I bought a new Lennox A/C and gas furnace from Alpine, and the whole process has been a delight. Gregory is the best sales guy we’ve ever encountered! He gives different options at different cost levels and explains all the pros and cons of each. He even throws on coveralls and toured our attic and crawl space to inspect our sheet metal duct work! Very thorough. The install team of Richard, Aubrey, Jose, Sam, and others had it installed and working in two days. We love it! It’s worth it. I included photos!

Our A/C stopped cooling on July 19th, 2026 when it was 94 degrees here in Eugene. It was 87 degrees inside the house when I got home from work and I immediately set up a service online with Alpine Air Conditioning, super easy. We opened all the windows that night, not much help, temp inside felt the same! Thermostat said 85. Alpine called the next morning and the nice lady said they’d be there that afternoon between 2 and 4pm.
Cade, our technician, got it figured out and when the house started cooling we celebrated! Thank God for air conditioning!! We love these guys!

Heat pump stopped, just went dead. i called it in as non-emergency on Sunday. Tech Daniel arrived Monday morning. He knew his stuff and had it diagnosed in about 15 minutes. We were up and running in less than 2 hours. Great work!!!
